Angels and Animal Delights

St John’s Waterloo, London

The exhibition is part of 2017 Waterloo Festival that runs throughout June. The theme this year is Sacred Spaces.

A fascinating new installation, including objects, using animal organs and entrails, invite visitors to view the world from a different perspective. Elpida Hadzi-Vasileva’s exhibition will transform the crypt of St John’s during the month of June.

Photographer Richard Slater's explores the question of London’s religious spaces, The images will be on display in the main church.

To complement the shows, Endangered Spaces invites audiences into a discussion on Christian-Muslim relations in a divided world. Tuesday 20 June, 6.45 – 10pm
